OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated March 7, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 24(1) of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to determine that the claims or debts hereinafter set forth are not collectible and to write off any losses incurred in that determination, as at March 31, 2011, and is further pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to charge such losses to the General Revenue Fund: Department \x09Balance Reserved at March 31, 2011 Agriculture: $ 5, 145, 207.76 Economic and Rural Development and Tourism: $ 9, 442, 996.66 Communities, Culture and Heritage: $ 618.00 Health and Wellness: $ 18, 553, 505.30 Justice: $ 1, 937, 860.05 Labour and Advanced Education: $ 3, 227, 250.13 Natural Resources: $ 64, 223.84 Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations: $ 37, 535.88 Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal: $ 7, 374.88 TOTAL: $38, 416, 573.43
