Order in Council 1148/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Helen-Nikoleta Burgess was reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective November 6, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1636/2019;

And

whereas Helen-Nikoleta Burgess tendered her resignation effective May 17, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 , Order in Council O.C. 1636/2019 be revoked effective May 17, 2021.
