Order in Council 1239/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1666/2000, dated August 23, 2000, Dr. Peter Joseph Yunker was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Peter Joseph Yunker has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective November 9, 2012;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1666/2000, dated August 23, 2000, appointing Dr. Peter Joseph Yunker as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
