Order in Council 8/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas D. Stephen Jovanovic was appointed full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of five years by Order in Council O.C. 3/2017 dated January 11, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , D. Stephen Jovanovic of Windsor be appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a term of five years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
