OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 25, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) lease for 2 consecutive five (5) year terms, at a cost of $200 per term, a parcel of land located at Johnson Hill, Halifax County, containing 2.2+ hectares and shown outlined in red and labelled "Parcel 1" and "Parcel 2" on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from River Oaks Golf Club Limited, its successors, administrators or assigns, subject to the condition that River Oaks Golf Club Limited, its successors, administrators or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
