Section 10 of
Chapter 44 of the Acts of 2010, the Tanning Beds Act, is pleased to make new regulations respecting the regulation of tanning facilities in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 31, 2011.
