An Act to Amend
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2001, the Enforcement of Canadian Judgments and Decrees Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2001, the Enforcement of Canadian Judgments and Decrees Act, and
Chapter 49 of the Acts of 2005,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2001, the Enforcement of Canadian Judgments and Decrees Act, do come into force on and not before July 1, 2006.
