The British Columbia Assessment Authority orders the following:

Section 2 of the Railway, Pipeline, Electric Power and Telecommunications Corporation Rights of Way Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 218/86, is amended by striking out " 2012 " and substituting " 2013 ".

Section 3 is amended by striking out " the items " and substituting " an item ", by striking out " rates " and substituting " rate ", and by striking out " them " and substituting " the item ".

Section 3 is amended in column 2 of the table

(

a) by striking out " 7 674 " and substituting " 7 764 ",

(

b) by striking out " 310 " and substituting " 320 ",

(

c) by striking out " 502 " and substituting " 520 ",

(

d) by striking out " 4 519 " wherever it appears and substituting " 4 490 ", and

(

e) by striking out " 832 " and substituting " 888 ".
