Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

The boundaries of the Town of

Grand

Bank are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 656/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at Gunville Point on the southeasterly shoreline of

Fortune

Bay

Then running south 48 west a distance of 2,750 metres, more or less, to the highest point on Baggers Hill;

Then running south 79 west a distance of 5,150 metres, more or less, to the highest point on Round Hill;

Then running north 3 54' east a distance of 1,650 metres, more or less, to the highest point on Boundary Hill;

Then running north 35 36' west a distance of 700 metres, more or less, to Yellow Rocks on the shoreline of Fortune Bay;

Then along the shoreline in a general northeasterly and easterly direction to the point of commencement.

All bearings are referred to the true meridian.
