OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated April 24, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Community Services entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police pertaining to information sharing protocols that arise during child protection investigations, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Memorandum of Understanding.
