OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 8, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) transfer to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, the administration and control of provincial crown lands at Melanson Settlement, Annapolis County, the said lands being located within the bounds of the parcel shown outlined in green on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purposes of this Order.
