Order in Council 1531/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. C.37, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1352/2011 dated July 19, 2011, appointing Dr. Jack Robert Stanborough as a Coroner for Ontario, be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council;

and that pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Coroners Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. C.37, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 253/2008 dated March 6, 2008, appointing Dr. Jack Robert Stanborough as a Regional Coroner for the West Region of Ontario, comprised of the areas of Waterloo and Wellington, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk, Niagara, Hamilton, and Dufferin, be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
