OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 31, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Larry Baxter of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a three year term commencing December 1, 2007 and ending on November 30, 2010; and (
b) designate Larry Baxter as Chair of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a three year term commencing December 1, 2007 and ending on November 30, 2010.
