OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated April 27, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective May 19, 2015: (

a) direct that all affairs and matters pertaining to the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission which heretofore have been assigned by or under any Act of the Legislature to the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board or to the Department of Finance and Treasury Board are assigned to the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal or the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal; and (

b) direct that a reference in any Act of the Legislature or in any rule, order, regulation, by-law, ordinance or proceeding, or in any document whatsoever, to the Department of Finance and Treasury Board, the Minister, Deputy Minister or Associate Deputy Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, whether the reference is by official name or otherwise, shall with respect to any subsequent transaction, matter or thing relating to the affairs or matters or any of them assigned as aforesaid, be held and construed to be a reference to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal or to the Minister, Deputy Minister or Associate Deputy Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, as the case may be.
