OIC Text: The Governor in Council on report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated September 16, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of

Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act , and Sections 9 and 17 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations , N.S. Reg. 205/2018, made by Governor in Council by Order in Council 2018-304 dated November 29, 2018, is pleased, effective October 4, 2022, to approve the granting of six loans to D&M Lightfoot Farms Limited as outlined in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to minor amendments to the terms of the loans as approved by the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board as to not materially change the risk of the loans.
