OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 27, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 56 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Canso Causeway Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to enter into a Transfer Agreement and associated Contribution Agreement with the Government of Canada, on terms and conditions as agreed to by the Executive Council on March 27, 2014.
