The Commissioner of Income Tax orders that the Training Tax Credits Regulation,
B.C. Reg. 243/2007, is amended
(
a) effective March 31, 2017, as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and
(
b) as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1
Schedule 2 of the Training Tax Credits Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2007, is amended
in item 57
(
a) in column 2 by striking out “ complete level 3 ” and substituting “ graduate ”, and
(
b) in column 3 by striking out “ graduate ”.
Appendix 2
Schedule 1 of the Training Tax Credits Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2007, is amended
by repealing items 37, 40 and 62.
Schedule 2 is amended by repealing items 41 and 44.
