An Act to amend The Limitation of Civil Rights Act [Assented to March 31, 1954] Rev. Stat. c.95. s.18 amended Clause (

c) of subsection (2) of

section of The Limitation of Civil Rights Act is amended by striking out the word “or” where it occurs the second time in the second line and by adding thereto the following: “or machinery, equipment or material used in the exploration for or production of petroleum or natural gas”. 1954, c.18, s.1.
