B.C. Reg. 189/2006, deposited June 23, 2006, pursuant to the PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX ACT [Section 37 (2) (b)]. Order in Council 445/2006, approved and ordered June 22, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following regulation is made:

PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX EXEMPTION REGULATION NO. 9

Exemption

1 Transfer of the property described below from the Corporation of the District of North Vancouver to KKBL No. 457 Ventures Ltd., resulting from the completion of Replotting Scheme No. 104, is exempt from payment of tax under the

Property Transfer Tax Act:

Lot D, District Lot 611, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan BCP18708 PID 026-351-731
