OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated November 21, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 50 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to amend the Liquor Licensing Regulations , N.S. Reg. 365/2007, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-445 dated August 17, 2007, to enable the sale of up to two drinks of liquor in a licensed eating establishment without the requirement to purchase food, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 24, 2017.
