OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 19, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 25G of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective June 19, 2009, to assign responsibility for the Office of African Nova Scotian Affairs to the Honourable Percy A. Paris, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs.
