Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the New Perlican River Water Supply Area for the Town of

New Perlican

as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 324000 east 5308000 north 123 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 70 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 82 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 98 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 107 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,100 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 187 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 255 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 284 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 264 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 292 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 05 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 303 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 332 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 11 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the point of commencement.
