OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated May 7, 2003, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(
d) and 5 of
Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and Sections 59A(
a) and 59C(1) of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize financial assistance to H.R.D.A. Enterprises Limited by way of a Guarantee(
s) not to exceed in the aggregate $370,000.00 on such terms and conditions approved by the Attorney General of Nova Scotia and as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated May 7, 2003; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to finalize and execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
