Order in Council 433/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 955/2004, dated May 12, 2004, Dr. James E. Deacon was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. James E. Deacon has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario effective June 27, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 955/2004, dated May 12, 2004, appointing Dr. James E. Deacon as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
