Order in Council 1321/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 191/95 made under the Public Guardian and Trustee Act , David Yu of Oakville be re-appointed a part-time, voting member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Public Guardian and Trustee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council, for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective from October 23, 2016.
