On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 9 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act , Janet E. Martin of London be reappointed as a part-time Professional member of the Committee to Evaluate Drugs effective April 16, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
