B.C. Reg. 175/2008 , deposited June 27, 2008, pursuant to the FIREARM ACT [Section 10]. Order in Council 441/2008, approved and ordered June 26, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Firearm (Authorization) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 373/80, is amended

(

a) in

section 1 (2) by striking out "armoured car service" and substituting "armoured car guard service", and

(

b) by repealing

section 2 and substituting the following:

Definition

2 In this regulation, "armoured car guard service" means armoured car guard service as defined in

section 1 of the Security Services Act .
