Order in Council 1649/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Dimitri Louvish , Doctor of Medicine, of Richmond Hill, be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 21, 2020.
