OIC Number: 2002 - 202 Date of Order: May 03, 2002 OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Office of Economic Development dated April 18, 2002, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to all other authority in her vested is pleased to: (

a) approve the reappointment of Hilliard Graves of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Director of the Trade Centre Limited for a further term of office commencing March 4, 2002 and ending March 3, 2003; (

b) approve the reappointment of M. Lois Dyer Mann of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Director of the Trade Centre Limited for a further term of office commencing March 4, 2002 and ending March 3, 2004; (

c) approve the appointment of the following persons as Directors of the Trade Centre Limited, each for a term of office commencing March 4, 2002 and ending March 3, 2004: (

i) David R. Chisholm of Kentville, Kings County; and (ii) Peter Bryson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

d) approve the reappointment of Frederick R. MacGillivray of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Director of the Trade Centre Limited for a further term of office commencing March 4, 2002 and ending March 3, 2005; (

e) approve the appointment of George C. Moody of Waterville, Kings County, as a Director of the Trade Centre Limited for a term of office commencing March 4, 2002 and ending March 3, 2005; (

f) approve the reappointment of Frederick R. MacGillivray of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as President of the Trade Centre Limited for a term commencing March 4, 2002 and ending March 3, 2005; (

g) appoint M. Lois Dyer Mann of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited, commencing March 4, 2002 and ending March 3, 2003; (

h) authorize the payment of $100 per day, plus reasonable expenses to the members of the Board for work involving the Trade Centre Limited; and (
