OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 9, 2011, and pursuant to Subsections 22(1), (2) and (3) of
Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1990, the Mineral Resources Act, is pleased to grant Yava Technologies Inc. a Special Licence in substantially the manner as set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
