On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,
Carmine Sacco of St. Catharines
be reappointed as full-time member, representative of employers of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective the later of February 21, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
