OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 10, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective May 10, 2013: a. revoke the appointment of the Honourable Percy A. Paris as a member of the Economic Investment Committee made by Order in Council 2012-188; and b. designate the Honourable Graham Steele, a Member of the Executive Council, as a member of the Economic Investment Committee, a committee of the Executive Council.
