On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Mary-Anne Sills of Belleville be reappointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
