OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and the Minister of Acadian Affairs dated June 30, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 14 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, is pleased to: (

a) designate the Lakeview Elementary School, identified by its Property Identification Numbers: PID 00483099 and PID 00483115, as an educational facility that is to be used to provide a French-first-language instruction program; (

b) confirm that the control and management of the entire Lakeview Elementary School is transferred to the Conseil scolaire acadien provincial; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Education to execute such instruments as may be necessary for the purposes of this Order.
