OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated May 19, 2004, and pursuant to subsection 56(2) of

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2000, the Health Authorities Act, is pleased to approve the health-services business plans of South Shore District Health Authority, South West Nova District Health Authority, Annapolis Valley District Health Authority, Cumberland District Health Authority, Pictou County District Health Authority, Guysborough Antigonish District Health Authority, Cape Breton District Health Authority, and the IWK Health Centre, subject to confirmation by the districts to the Department of Health of their 2003-04 balanced fiscal position as indicated in the districts' audited financial statements, effective on and after June 10, 2004.
