OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated March 24, 2004, pursuant to Sections 27 and 87 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to
Section 2 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2003, the Appropriations Act 2003, is pleased, effective on and after April 8, 2004, to authorize the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries to enter into an agreement respecting the Canada-Nova Scotia Agreement Establishing the BSE Recovery Program Amending Agreement No.1 substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement and such additional agreements or appendices as are necessary to implement this agreement.
