Section 4BC of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the Green Choice Program in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 29, 2023.
