Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons Commission Act, is pleased to designate Ralph Ferguson of Pictou, Pictou County, as Chairperson of the Disabled Persons Commission effective February 9, 2001 and ending October 31, 2002.
