Order in Council 1027/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1614/2017 dated August 17, 2017, David Graham was appointed as a member of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario pursuant to

section 2 of the Liquor Control Act ;

And

whereas David Graham resigned effective June 7, 2019;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 1614/2017 dated August 17, 2017 is revoked effective June 7, 2019 .
