OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated October 24, 2001, and pursuant to Sections 2 and 20 of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased, effective July 26, 1999, to designate Ms. Lugene Young as Assistant Dean, Student Services, at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College to be an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
