Section 49 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to amend the Advertising Signs Regulations, N.S. Reg. 89/2001, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-331 dated July 13, 2001, to permit the display of an advertisement on a controlled access highway for the purpose of advertising the 2011 Canada Winter Games, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 5, 2009.
