Order in Council 240/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 446/2012, dated April 4, 2012, Ian Stuart McKinley was appointed as a Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 , as amended, O.C. 446/2012 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
