JOHN’S, FRIDAY, JANUARY 14, 2005 No. 2 URBAN AND RURAL PLANNING ACT NOTICE OF REGISTRATION TOWN OF PARADISE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT #2, 2004 Take notice that the Town of Paradise Municipal Development Regulations Amendment No. 2, 2004, adopted on the 7th day of December 2004, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs. In general terms, the purpos e of Paradise Development Regulations Amendment No. 2, 2004, is to re-zone lands situated north of Paradise Road and west of Robb’s Road.

The amendment will re-zone lands from “Residential Subdivision Area”, and “Residential Medium Density” to “Residential High Density” un der the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2004. The amendments will facilitate the development of residential subdivision in the area. The Town of Paradise Development Regulations Amendment 2, 2004 comes into e ffect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
