OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated August 12, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act, is pleased to, effective October 6, 2009, appoint Paul McNair of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Roswell James of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as members of the Halifax Regional Library Board, for a term of office of three years.
