Order in Council 251/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) to 3(3) of the Endangered Species Act, 2007 ,

Scott Gillingwater of Woodstock

be appointed as part-time member of the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years from the effective date of this appointment.
