Order in Council 1219/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Fidelis DeBruyne was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective July 11, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 922/2024;

And

whereas Fidelis DeBruyne tendered his resignation effective March 31, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 922/2024 be revoked effective March 31, 2025.
