OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated March 21, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Public Works: (
a) entering into a net debt obligation for the purpose of acquiring lands at 7 and 11 Mount Hope Avenue, Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality (PID Nos. 41205907 and 41205899); and (
b) executing such agreements or other documents as may be required in connection with the land acquisition.
