OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 24, 2004, pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of R. Daren Baxter as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission effective April 16, 2004, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2003-440; (

b) appoint R. Daren Baxter as a member and designate him as Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, for a term of three (3) years effective on and after April 16, 2004; and (

c) determine the remuneration for R. Daren Baxter as a member and Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission to be $39,000.00 per annum.
