Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Mi’kmaw Kina’matnewey, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
