Order in Council 1021/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario appointed Johanne Brossard as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 2013/2016 dated December 20, 2016;

And

whereas it is necessary that her appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation be revoked;

Now therefore Order in Council 2013/2016 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
